Mr. Reid has 34 years’ experience in the finance industry, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, publicly traded and privately-owned companies. Positions held have ranged from commodities trade desks to bond, equities and currency trading with several banks and institutions, Bank of Tokyo from c1990 to 1992,  CIBC from c1988-1990, and Burns Fry from c1987 to 1988. Mr. Reid has been instrumental with developing profitable businesses, rebuilding troubled companies, advancing businesses to public markets, architectural hardware design teams and managing legal and financial matters. The focus being on vision, strategy, partnerships, customers, broader business relationships, compliance, government outreach and technology thought leadership.
